Lead the Factory Production function, executing the plans given by the planner.
Responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of the plan
Increase Operational effectiveness, reduce down times on the machine, maintaining the quality parameters, Manage and execute improvement and cost reduction plans. Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
Establish SOPs, implement continuous improvement plans through training, good work practices and processes
Extensive production, quality, exposure, Proven man manager
Extensive exposure to preprint activities, Multi-color flexo printing.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech or or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Flexo Printing / Offset Cartons / Mono-Cartons / Corrugated Box / Printing & Packaging Manufacturing Industry
Salary: CTC 8.00 LPA + additional company benefits
