Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations
Supervise the condition of all the equipment in the
establishment and the potential upgrades and maintenance it might need as a preventive maintenance plan
Lead all maintenance and repair-related activities in the
company, keeping in mind the roles of a repair manager
Make certain that all the budgets set of maintenance are observed and all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner
Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment and physical assets of the company, be it the building, office space, or machinery
Requirement & Benefits
Educational Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 7-8 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Printing & Packaging / Corrugated Box / Cartoon Manufacturing Industry
Salary: CTC 5.50 LPA + additional company benefits
