Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing EV projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are adhered to.
Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide technical support and expertise to ensure successful EV product development and integration.
Work with design and engineering teams to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions.
Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of EV components (e.g., battery systems, electric drivetrains, charging infrastructure).
Ensure all EV project components comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to test and validate systems, ensuring they meet performance criteria.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of materials, components, and services.
Conduct technical evaluations of potential suppliers to ensure they meet project specifications and requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, project timelines, and testing results.
Prepare and present regular project updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
Work closely with other departments, including R&D, manufacturing, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and stakeholders.
Requirement & Benefits
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Solar and EV Net Metering Industry
Salary: CTC 5.00 LPA + TA/DA & additional company benefits
