Handle Customer Queries on various channels; social media, email, WhatsApp, Calls, etc.
Develop an understanding of the product, Brand USP, and sale policies to handle queries effectively.
Order Support: Handle customer queries with regards to their order placed.
Sale Support: Assist before the order is placed. Send catalog, and assist in order creation and payment links.
Return Support Management, Handle customer queries concerning returns and refunds. Process refunds onpayment gateway.
Take regular customer feedback
Prepare customer assessment reports.
Excellent communication skills and command of English.
Experience in fashion merchandising is preferred, to understand the product better.
Ability to calmly handle situations when customers are stressed or upset.
PR skills & Quick decision maker.
The candidate should be from the same Industry.
Should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
should have good convincing skills.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in retail store, preferably in luxury or ethnic fashion
Salary: CTC 3.60 LPA + additional company benefits
