Proactive production planning to ensure smooth allocation and flow of work and coordination within departments.
Proactive resource planning (material, man, machine) to ensure SLAs are adhered to without delay and quality issues.
Optimum utilisation of available resources to ensure cost optimisation and savings
Establish and implement quality assurance and control processes and standards as per the industry's best practices.Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, observing control points, monitoring personnel and resources, and initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Complete ownership of Production to ensure delivery of quality output within a defined timeline by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, and monitoring progress.
Guiding & close Monitoring in cuting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing.
Supervise day-to-day production processes in the factory. (Cuting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, and Packing)
Prior experience working in the textile/garment industry is mandatory.
Must have experience in handling the overall operations of a production unit.
Must have good communication and managerial skills.
The candidate should be from the same Industry.
Should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
should have good knowledge and experience in fabric quality, Team Management.
Requirement & Benefits
Educational Qualifications: Graduate or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in retail store, preferably in luxury or ethnic fashion
