Strong and Sound in garment technical details and production process quality systems.
Implement, communicate, and maintain the production and quality plan.
Visit job worker premises to check the progress of work and QC checks.
Decision-making to resolve production/quality-related issues. Reduce rejection/ wastage.
Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
Train Quality Checker to do in-line and final quality inspection.
Follow up pre-final inspection
Work closely with the production manager to ensure timely and quality production.
Experience in Technical and production cum quality processes: Fabric, Patterns, Embroidery, Garment Manufacturing Processes & Garment Finishing Processes
The candidate should be from the same Industry.
Should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have good experience in Quality Checking (fabric, accessories)

Educational Qualifications: Graduate or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in retail store, preferably in luxury or ethnic fashion
