Operate and monitor the corrugator machine to ensure that it is running at optimal levels
Perform routine maintenance on the machine and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times
Inspect and grade the finished corrugated sheets for quality control purposes
Communicate with other team members to ensure that production goals are met
Record production data and maintain accurate records
Ensure that all raw materials are properly stored and maintained
Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with new technology and safety procedures
Experience and knowledge of operating corrugator machines
Ability to interpret job orders and set up machines accordingly
Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to follow safety protocols
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
Attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other team members
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
Requirement & Benefits
Educational Qualifications: Graduate/MBA or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Printing & Packaging / Corrugated Box / Cartoon Manufacturing Industry
Salary: CTC 3.50 LPA + additional company benefits
