Perform scheduled maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems of machines.
Maintain and perform repairs to the facility and auxiliary equipment.
Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned by the manager or shift supervisor.
Strong problem-solving skills on mechanical issues with production equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills on electrical systems including control circuits, servo drives, PLC, and motors.
Ability to use electrical schematics to troubleshoot problems.
Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems.
Ability to multi-task and identify process improvements as needed.
Requirement & Benefits
Educational Qualifications: ITI/Diploma or or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Printing & Packaging / Corrugated Box / Cartoon Manufacturing Industry
Salary: CTC 3.00 LPA + additional company benefits
