Drive the entire Sales & Marketing department working closely with the top management.
Build Annual sales budget and marketing plan and its execution.
Plan marketing, advertising and promotional activities and monitor productivity.
Work with regional Sales teams to develop marketing communications strategies & action plans to meet revenue & margin goals.
Finalize category-wise production targets every month in line with sales target in co-ordination with production & production planning team.
Perform comprehensive market analysis and develop marketing strategies for new product categories.
Define pricing strategy, trade schemes to drive sales and accomplishment of targets.
Monitor & review sales performance to deliver objectives in terms of Sales, operating margins and market share.
Monitor and review distributor / dealer sales performance and take necessary steps to sustain growth.

Educational Qualifications: BBA/MBA or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in PVC Plastic / Printing & Packaging Manufacturing Industry
Salary: CTC 3.00 LPA + additional company benefits
