Develop and implement long term strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead, manage, and mentor teams across departments to ensure productive operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
Oversee multiple operational projects simultaneously to ensure they aare completed on time, within budget, and to the desired
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the organization can function effectively.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners and customers to achieve operational goals.

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E in Engineering or a related field is preferred
Salary Package : CTC 10.00 LPA + additional company benefits
Experience :
- 12-15 years out of which minimum 5 years as HOD or Factory manager
- Industry experience: Flexible Packaging/Folding Cartons/Corrugated cartons
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is desirable.
