Overall responsibility for resource planning, production planning and execution to meet a goal of productivity maximization and wastage minimization.
Implementing quality improvement program including spot audits, root-cause analysis, and implementation of remedial actions.
Handling customer complaints and co coordinating with the technical team to identify and solve the technical problems.
Ensure the optimum level of raw materials are maintained and co-ordinate with suppliers and other departments to achieve the required targets.
Acting as head of maintenance team, setting schedules for preventive maintenance and develop best practices for Preventive maintenance to ensure optimal use of machine and resources.
Forecast and formulate short/long term production schedule and ensure the necessary resources are provided to meet the demands and targets
Develop and comply with factory budget to ensure that all financial and business goals
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
Liaising with management and employees to maintain the harmonious relationship within the factory
Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the plant and equipment maintenance for the maximum production efficiency.
Should have strong drive, good initiative and continuously strive for improvement in Quality and Productivity.
Requirement & Benefits
Educational Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech or or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 8-10 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Printing & Packaging / Corrugated Box / Cartoon Manufacturing Industry
Salary: CTC 10.00 LPA + additional company benefits
