Fully responsible for entire production in corrugator & printing operations
Manage the manpower given to him to get the best productivity
Deploy manpower to the best interest of operations during the shift
Manage waste with his team
Managing documentation flow and material flow within the factory as per the direction given by the superiors
Managing the shop floor with proper organization of raw materials to be issued for production, semi-processed goods, finished goods, etc.
Keeping account for consumption of consumables and Inks and reporting to the immediate superior
Requirement & Benefits
Educational Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech or or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience: 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Printing & Packaging / Corrugated Box / Cartoon Manufacturing Industry
Salary: CTC 4.00 LPA + additional company benefits
