To design and implement CCTV and security designs. Strong experience in drawing electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with relevant codes of practice/policies.
To provide various security access control, CCTV and associated telecom/networking infrastructure designs and specifications
Strong understanding of hardware procurement. Analyse plans, contract specifications, and contracts to determine project requirements. Participates in the job site final walk through and manages the completion of all close out documentation.
Utilises financial and monthly forecasting to manage and contain costs and works with other team members to monitor, manage and control costs. Pursues timely payments from the customer and authorises payments to material suppliers and subcontractors.
Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner.
Build strong relationships both with internal stakeholders & external clients. Has a zeal for customer success & maintain high NPS
Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of health and safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc. Coordinate and supervise a team of electricians & contract employees.
Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality. Responding to out of hours service calls.
Meet the levels of service, response times and service management procedures required to manage an effective maintenance capability.
Analyse and recommend optimal positioning of maintenance assets to support readiness and on-going contract maintenance requirements
Manage, track and resolve warranty issues including logistics related to equipment returns to manufacturers or vendors.
Requirement & Benefits
Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma/B.tech or a related field is preferred
Salary Package : CTC between 4.00 LPA to 6.00 LPA & additional company benefits
Work Experience: 6-7 years of experience in CCTV & surveillance system or related field
