Job Description
Greet and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service to enhance sales.
Understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on product selection.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Sureena Chowdhri’s collection, including fabric, embroidery, and design details.
Drive sales by effectively communicating product features and benefits, offering suggestions, and cross-selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and proper display of merchandise.
Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash, card payments, and returns.
Assist in organizing in-store events, trunk shows, and exhibitions to boost sales.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and potential improvements to the store manager.
Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Strong understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of Sureena Chowdhri’s brand and values.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Requirement & Benefits
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate or a related field is preferred
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or ethnic fashion
Salary:
CTC 4.50 LPA + additional company benefits
