Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Experience in technical recruiting and knowledge of technical skills and technologies
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to social media platforms etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Requirement & Benefits
Qualification: MBA/BBA/Graduate or a related field is preferred
Salary Package : CTC between 3.0 LPA to 4.50 LPA + additional hiring incentive between 20% to 50% & company benefits
Work Experience: End-to-end recruitment process, excellent communication and good computer skills. If you have more than 2 years of experience in recruitment process.
